These terms govern use of PDF Sign by organizations and their users, and by people who sign documents sent through it.

The service

PDF Sign provides tools to send documents, verify signers, capture electronic signatures and preserve evidence of the signing process. It does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee that any document is enforceable.

Electronic signatures

Certain documents and transactions may be excluded from electronic execution, or may require stamping, registration, witnessing or a specific signature type under applicable law. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate method for each document.

Your responsibilities

• Send documents only to people who have agreed to receive them, and only lawful content.
• Keep account credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication where appropriate.
• Choose a signer verification level suitable for the value and risk of each agreement.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees and exclude applicable taxes. Plan limits are described on the pricing page.
